Exactly right! Look at North Korea right now. No other country wants to get involved. Everyone wants the U.S. to deal with the problem.

IMO, that's going to be Iraq within the next five years maybe less. With all these countries opposing war, they are in effect endorsing a nuclear Iraq.

If Iraq had nuclear capability and invaded Kuwait or Saudi Arabia - France and Germany would take a pass. As would, most likely, the rest of the world (including the US).
