Kelly described a tyrant dictator. They're all the same, including the ones from the "Banana Republic" (do a google search and type in dictator trading cards). I'd prefer Saddam not be in power. Given what's happened, we all would.

But Saddam is the UN-recognized leader and international law prohibits a UN member from invading another UN-member, unless just cause exists or the UN sanctions the act. This hasn't happened.

How do you propose the US capture Baghdad, a city of 5.5 million people with a fortified and equipped army of 300,000? When was the last time such an act was accomplished? And what happened in that process?
