Good luck, jpg. Sounds like you are focused. You'll do super. Hey, another one to watch is CNP. Nice dividend of over 12%, but with some risk. Board will meet in March to review the dividend issue. Might cut it, or suspend it. It's gotten clipped lately. I may buy some tomorrow. I've mentioned it on here a few times in the past. RR
