He has continued to pursue development of WMD's during the past decade. How do we know this?

1) If he didn't have a WMD program to hide, he could have cooperated with the arms inspectors, which would have gotten sanctions lifted long ago. Sanctions have cost his country over $200 billion over those years. Who do you know that would forfeit $200 billion for nothing?

2) We have the testimony of defectors - like for example his son-in-law who defected in 1995 and spilled the beans about Saddam's illicit arms development programs and his deception efforts then.

3) We've seen evidence of goods that have been sold to Iraq over the past decade. I've posted about this a few times. What I have handy on short notice is this:
famulus.msnbc.com

4) The Blix report in January said "Iraq still has not shown "genuine acceptance" of demands that it disarm, and has failed to demonstrate active cooperation with inspection efforts."
