Enviro-Energy Corporation Selects February 21, 2003 Record Date for Dividend Distribution SPOKANE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2003--Enviro-Energy Corporation (OTCBB:ENGY) (Germany: 676401-EVM.BER) has set February 21, 2003 as the date of Enviro-Energy share ownership to be eligible for receipt of Reed Holdings Corporation (RDHC) shares. Please see the following as the intentions of Enviro-Energy Corporation's formula; date of record; date of settlement and how fractional shares will be addressed. The formula is as follows: one share of the 428,563 RDHC shares for each 596 shares of ENGY (Enviro-Energy Corporation). For each shareholder owning less than 596 shares of ENGY, one share of RDHC will be issued. The record date will be February 21, 2003. The payable date will be March 21, 2003. The Reed Holding Corporation 428,563 shares are partial payment to Enviro-Energy Corporation for the sale of Enviro-Energy's subsidiary, Environmental Reclamation Inc.
