U see PARADE magazine over the weekend? They had an article, "10 worst dictators in the world" (A list)- I kid you not (I guess Parade's All-Americans and the Jumbo got boring)

#1- North Korean dude
#2- Saudi duo (!)
#3- Saddam

Fidel barely made the top 10..Some dude in a former Russian republic made the list....he's named a month in the calender after himself-g
