I do blame a lot of stuff on liberals because liberals are the cause of most of the problems, and certainly where foreign policy is concerned. Liberalism is a failure. It is neat when you're a kid and inexperienced, to believe the the fundamental precepts of liberalism. But when you grow up and/or start thinking for yourself, you quickly conclude that those precepts are invalid; that people are NOT fundamentally good; that the honor system DOES NOT WORK; and that it is human nature to take whatever is given you for free.

Liberalism did not create Saddam. Conservatism didn't create Saddam.....at least I don't think so; however, I don't know the nature of the regime that preceded Saddam.

However, conservatism under R. Reagan aided and abetted Saddam for its own purposes and made him what he was in 1991. Let's not forget that while you run up one side of liberalism and down the other, blaming them for every major downfall the US has experienced.

Again, conservatism help make Saddam the man is today.
