I suspect it was an All or None order at a limit of 1.1875. Otherwise, they would've definitely filled some of it, raised the Ask, fill some more, etc, until that guy ended up paying $2.00 for some of his shares. The part that puzzled me is that they didn't raise the Ask after that trade. Looks like they have now, though, in the face of more buying. Current activity is telling me that there are folks out there who actually believe news is coming today. Nothing yet, but I sure hope they're right.
