re: Tokyo Cosmos Electric (6772.J) this seems to be an unusual valuation in Japan. PE under 5 and PSR of 0.10. The stock zoomed ahead 16% on record volume in Tokyo yesterday and is expected to generate 22 Yen in the years going forward.
