It is so curious that Jackson declared that this tragedy was an accident and that no one was to blame. It is pretty clear as the details emerge that there is a lot of blame to be placed - after hours operation, locked fire escapes, place had been closed by the city, security folks used mace, place was crowed way beyond its' permit - probably there are others.
