North Korea re-starts it's nuke program and tells the world it can beat us in nuclear war. We announce war games to begin right on their border so they announce that they may abandon the Armistice treaty.

While I know that the North Koreans negotiate by threatening and blustering is there anyone else who thinks this is standing a chance of getting out of control?
