I guess I'm not following why it is that you don't get on board the human rights argument for removing Saddam.

It isn't about human rights. It is about politics. Ask yourself: Would these people be opposing this action if it were Clinton undertaking it?

The answer, of course, is that Clinton DID undertake war, and they loved it (when, in fact, there were no American interests involved). And Clinton DID THREATEN war against Iraq, and they all loved it.

The only real difference between Clinton's and Bush's policy on Iraq is that Clinton's was comprised of idle threats while Bush is getting the job done. Yet, the liberals loved Clinton's Iraqi policy.

Therefore, we can conclude that liberals LOVE idle threats.
