Well then you should have known what you were getting into back in 2000... Now you are upset at your relatively high taxes, but obvisouly didn't care when you purchased or you would not have purchased in the first place. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Maybe your purchase was a bad investment and you should reconsider the investment?
