Patti Dear: It is YOUR GUYS that WONT PASS THE BUDGET that has the money in it for all the programs INCLUDING HOME DEFENSE? The President proposes, Congress is SUPPOSED TO PASS A BUDGET. Bastards wont lead by that little shit Daschle. HOWEVER, never fear, the Republicans are NOW IN CHARGE and things will begin to happen. jdn
