It probably depends on what state you are in. They are claiming cigs are $7 a pack in NY. Their premium stuff is selling for $3.2 a pack plus shipping. So, about the total is about $4 bucks a pack. They are still paying federal taxes, the buyer just doesn't have to pay the state.

Any smokers out want to say how much a pack costs in their state?
