Its not how many he has to kill but how is his ruthlessness worst than of the dictator in Nigeria or Burma or NK or Saudi Arabia or at least another five countries on this planet?

Do you honestly expect the dictators of those countries (save NK) from gaining WMD? NK is a problem because it already has WMD, Iraq is a problem because it's pursuing nukes and has bio/chem. It's not very smart to allow Iraq to continue to develop it's WMD under that regime.

I fully expect he's producing all the chem/bio weapons he wants at this very moment, even with inspectors in country.
