Hi Russ:

I spoke with Michael Gray of Rubicon some time ago as I was interested in a Red Lake play. He basically reinforced my ideas from DD that they have very astute management and excellent prospects. He was particularly partial to the McFinley prospect and recent results there would confirm (IMO) his optimism. I think those McFinley results will be followed with many more. However, the stock was at $1.50 at the time and I correctly felt it was overpriced. I ended up taking a position in Conquest but I would say that RMX in the low .90's is a fair entry point on very significant multiple Red Lake prospects. Also there is some Botwood Basin action, which seems to be maintaining its speculative geology theory as a possible new Carlin trend.

RMX management have approx 14% of shares according to their website.
You could give Michael Gray a call, he is an acquaintance of Jim Steele's and would prove helpful I am sure.
Here is his CV:

Michael J. Gray, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Geo., Vice-President, Exploration, CFO, Secretary and a Director of Rubicon Minerals, received his B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia (1985), and an M.Sc. from Laurentian University at Sudbury, Ontario in 1995. He has been associated with and involved with the discovery process of the mineral exploration industry for 20 years with experience in base and precious metal exploration in Canada and the U.S.A. with various senior mining companies including: Falconbridge, Minnova, Cominco, Chevron, Noranda and Lac Minerals. As a Project Geologist with Falconbridge Limited and Senior Project Geologist with Lac Minerals, Michael demonstrated strong managerial and technical skills that have directly led to ore grade drill intersections and one project carried to the pre-feasibility stage.
