They are talking a bout developing "usable" nukes. A far cry from the days of nukes as a deterrent. Truly irresponsible.

Bush has essentially killed the concept of nuclear non-proliferation. And by going after non-nuclear Iraq while appeasing NK (which he eventually will), he has made it clear what it takes to deter the US.
