Yes. The other devices are the Insync and Insync ICD. MDT has no competition on the Insync. This is a pacemaker for CHF. Standard pacemaker systems cost in the range of $5000-$6000. The cost of the Insync system is approx $12,000.

For the Insync ICD MDT has competition with GDT. The most recent device from GDT is Renewal. Very good device but this market is growing very quickly. Plenty of room for 2-3 companies. Currently only two.
