Q is targeting Asia for GSM1x, which appears to me to be a far more fertile prospect than Europe... especially with the Unicom object lesson.

As compared with Europe, with the majority of Asia, however, there would be less or no pretense for sustaining a wCDMA network fig leaf at 2.1ghz... which appeared integral to the "Slide 28" proposal.
