Colin,

YOur last line..9 mo in 97 says it all..0.03 EPS. Gorss sales are up by $15M from 9 mo last yeay and nearly half in the last three months. For a penny stock any positive trend gotta be a good thing. I am gambling that this would be sustainable in the future. Their costs decreased at the same time due to manufacturing efficiencies, overall cost containment, etc..whehter they can sustain this is one's guess but again it's going in the right direction. They have a positivie stockholder's equity, be it a small one - not too many penny stocks can say this.

I don't really care what they were 15 or 10 or 5 years ago...and you can't compare when they were selling at $15 to $30/shr vs. 0.71/shr now. Their negative EPS as you listed above - proabaly the reason why they fell below $1 now. What I like is all of their fincial indicators are "trending" in the right direction.

Here is another..you have a $1B Pharmaceutical company with a 17M(or some where around this number) shares stake in this co....that can't be bad, could it?

BTW, their aspirn, are they as effective as brand name?

One more thing...given its histroy ( and I haven't really reasearch its history for reasons above), but if indeed this was selling $15 and $30 at one time, and now is at .71 (after reverse splits!!!!) there must be a lot of psychological roadblocks/resentments from existin investors. And a stock can only move if there is a demand for it...even Microsoft would be nearl $2/shr if no one wants it despite stellar performance of the co. A continued positive EPS would certainly get people's attention again, hopefully erase any negative feelings..But, it won't move signifiantly until institutional investors notice..and given the size of this compnay and affiliation it probably already has that recognition no matter how notorious that may be. Recognition is worth a lot in my book.
