What does Turkey have to do with your opinion that the UN is the only authority for war? Turkey is a soverign democracy. If they don't want to be part of the Iraq attack that's their right. Nobody is threatening them. It will be a coalition of the WILLING. We offered Turkey $6 billion in direct aid and $20 billion in loan guarantees to help offset the economic impact of a war. They want $6 billion more than that to allow us to stage troops there. We say take it or leave it. You think that's a threat! I can tell you never played hardball, GST.
