He has to be captured to be charged with war crimes. He certainly has commited some of the worst atrocities since Hitler. You may be able to turn your back to the dying babies in Iraq who are starving while Saddam is busy buying nuclear spare parts and pilfering the treasury. 3.5 BILLION for safe passage to Libya. That is enough to feed them all for a long time. Bottom line is he has to go. He has managed to terrorize his own people so they won't oust him themselves. But they would love to see him dead.
