The Russian's will be the first to officially break ranks IMO. Not exactly going out on a limb there but I spoke to a Russian associate today who is beginning to think Putins backing the French position could be staged for something or a set up in some way... Not giving any credence to his position (he was speculating) but I think they will move within 2 weeks. Maybe sooner. Not sure if we're taking a pool yet.
