I've never been too clear on that.>> Two different things, the stroke being the more serious, by then you are close to dead and somebody needs to take care of you. If you're working in the heat and develop a headache or dizziness, it's time to quit, drink fluids and get cool. If you stop sweating you are in real trouble and very close to the stroke part.
