Albert, the point I'm making is we think of Latin and South American countries as friends of America, they get our developmental assistance. What I'm saying is children from Latin and South America haven't fared all that well, this in counter to your point that when America takes over Iraq those children will do well. The evidence doesn't show that.

Who knows how long America's lock will remain in Iraq. It wouldn't surprise me a bit that America, and whoever's in, will cut some economic oil deals, leave the nation and yet another dictators shows at the top. Where will those children be then? Why do you think the children of Latin and South America haven't fared well? America's almost always had a dictator at the top.

There's a lot that's been going on that's been very wrong, that perhaps you don't realize.
