What do you mean by selling a product without getting paid?

EECP looks like it continues to gain acceptance but since this is a labor intensive and time consumming procedure requiring training and insurance, it will not a blockbuster for a long time. The only good comparison I can think of is to a dialysis center. These are run profitably but it's not like there is one on every corner.
