You sound like the US governement... just print away. Most public corporations trade their share certificates on the exchange in $US however, making your transfer medium assertion false.

Nothing I've ever said can be reasonably construed as supporting the enormous abuse of stock option issue.

However, the expensing of stock options is not only an erroneous attempt at a solution, but it is a singularly ineffective one, trying to track pennies while hundred dollar bills that belong to shareholders are thrown away buying back shares at any price in order to mask option grant dilution.
