if that's what it takes to depose Saddam
What if that's not what it takes. He's not going anywhere, and if he does so much the better. In the meantime there is little that he can do with the inspectors there while the world looks at smarter ways to deal with this problem. That would give us some time to go after the real threats, al Qaeda and nuclear proliferation.
