From the Proxy: The Board believes that the increase number of authorized shares of common stock will provide several long-term advantages to Incara and its stockholders. Incara will be able to pursue acquisitions or enter into other transactions involving the issuance of stock that provide for future capital and growth. Nice to see a nickel stock with a $750,000 MC and negative BV is still on the prowl. The mouse roars. BPG
