Howdy Alex:

ATS released earnings on July 15, which exceeded my expectations.
Sales for the June quarter increased by 20% over the comparable Q
of 1996. Additionally, net profits surged to .04 from .02 for the
same time frame. A 127% increase in net income for the 6 months
ending June 30, 1997, .07 vs. .02 for the 6 months in 1996. I am
very pleased with these results. However, the stock price continues
to languish, patience with this stock is necessary.
