Bush is not going to go for Al-Qaeda, because that is not an enemy he can invade and conquer. He needs results and that's what he is going to get with Iraq.

Meanwhile, Al-Qaeda will be cooking up other WTC plans, but hey, who cares? The US will be saving the poor people of Iraq from an oppressive dictator. Or something.
