I agree. And I commend him for getting the inspections going again. But he put too many troops. Way, way too many troops. He let other things get in his way. His vision was not a concerted one. In fact, he's got so many troops there it's hard to get out the box now. He spent too much too soon.

It seems like he's got some of the 101st Airborne's equipment now porting in Turkey, with the rest, now enroute, not at all certain it can port there.
