Yes the above is all about china's self delusion. What it fails to recognize how bad North Korea can be for business in the area. Capitalism hates instability. Nuclear Japan, nuclear SK--i believe the outgoing SK PM said that yesterday not good for business, nor is the US focused on a rogue state that borders on china.
You may be right on this Bill but my guess is that the Chinese are far enough along to begin to put on their great power Hat. mike
