Russian departure notable. I believe Putin will be on our side in the end. He had his affair with the french. Now its time for him to come home to his partner. Who will back Russia in Chechnya? Who is more important to Russian economy? Who can offer him a preferred place with post war iraqi oil? If you answered chirac to any of these questions, you were very wrong. mike
