I get the shot every year. Plus I now take a coupla vitamin C's every day. And a dose of zinc. Viruses can't replicate when zinc is present, kinda like a rubber stopping procreation. I haven't had even a sniffle in two years even with those around me hacking and gagging and sneezing and well, it gets gross.
