Brooks-PRI names Robert Woodbury Jr. as CFO

CHELMSFORD, Mass., Feb 19 (Reuters) - Brooks-Pri Automation Inc. (NasdaqNM:BRKS - News) said on Wednesday it hired Robert Woodbury, Jr., as its chief financial officer, replacing Ellen Richstone, who had resigned in November to pursue other opportunities. The company, which makes tools used to move components around microchip factories, said that Woodbury, 46, comes to Brooks-PRI from electronics company Acterna Corp. (Nasdaq:ACTR - News), which was formerly Dynatech Corp. and where he had worked since 1996.
Prior to Dynatech, Woodbury was corporate controller at Kollmorgen Corp. from 1992 to 1996. Woodbury also had finance posts at Kidde Fenwal and chipmaker Unitrode Corp.
Shares of Brooks-PRI fell 25 cents, or 2.3 percent, to $10.78 on Nasdaq on Wednesday. |
