Kinross put out a release today, pro forma 2002 production and cash cost estimates for the various operations ... sure points out how important Fort Knox is to them .... Kubaka though, for all that russian political risk, they say they have there a cc of 133, ahem
I don't think it's rocket stock .... just a conveniently liquid way in which a person can satisfy the compulsion to keep pushing the little buy and sell buttons .... i was never impressed with tvx, used to consider it lumped in a bunch with Greenstone ... but, clearly they saw something of value in its assets, and they're smart folk imho |
