Brumar--the important point here is to begin the process. Bush is very good at pr. Why can't his pr machine begin building a case for war crimes against Saddam? My suspcision is that Bush has a different agenda and hasn't even considered this. Do you have an answer as to why we've seen nothing from this administration on this?
