Of course, we've all forgotten what's in our freezer. If we were better organized, we would have everything on the right shelf, with the date packed and the expiration date in clear view.

We would remember we had 15 pounds of skinless boneless chicken breast and wouldn't buy more every time we tried a new recipe.

Anything that is suspect or has freezer burn is my way of telling me it is time to clean my freezer and throw out...Oh the wonderful meals I could have made.
