It is not obvious that they will have to do scans simply because they are PIE sites. IMO. But yes, the rapid increase in sites above expectations is encouraging. They are indeed very conservative in their estimates. At this point I think a 50% increase is likely. If it is any less for the next few Qs, I would be quite concerned. About 1.5 for next Q sounds right.
