It seems my next trip to the US is going to be a lot of fun. The Commission on Wednesday expected that the information would be transferred only after the passenger agreed. If he or she did not agree then they would be subject to more stringent checks when they arrive in the US, there are also questions about legal recourse. "Stringent checks", hm? Guess I will find out in a couple of months if cavity search is fun. Live in a police state if you want to, but can't you Americans leave the rest of us alone? What is this... "1984"?
