Watch for the Bozos to say "It's not that important." on Philly Fed expected at 11.0 The Philly Fed manufacturing survey will be released at noon; the market expects the index to be little changed at 11.0 in Feb from 11.2 in Jan. The risk is on the side of a lower number given that the NY Fed's Empire State index fell sharply to 1.1 in Feb from 20.7 in January. Given that the Philly Fed didn't match the January strength in the NY index, it probably won't match the Feb weakness, but it nevertheless points to the risk of a lower number.
