If Saddam is such a tyrant why did he build so many schools and hospitals? Iraq was the most modern Arab state until the USA set them back in 91 - why did the USA have to bomb the Iraqi civil infrastructure to get Iraqis out of Kuwait, all it did was cause civilian suffering? Saddam made it a law that everyone had to learn to read! Why would he want his citizens to be educated and healthy? Does not fit with the picture the Govt of USA paints. Something is wrong with this picture.
