I hope your post is in jest. On the unbelievable possibility that it is not - for you I have this. sesrtcic.org The water towers which you see in the picture (the round spear top towers) are a focal point in Kuwait City. When Iraqui troops invaded Kuwait they would take prisoners up in helicopters and make a game of impaling them on those towers. I worked (on a military level) with a one eyed Kuwaiti military officer who described in great detail his torture by Iraqui military officers. To begin, they pulled all his fingernails off with pliers - I won't go into gorry details, but as you may have guessed by now he had vision in both eyes before the torture began. The only thing wrong with this picture is the eyes with which you view it from. tom
