Ted, <So are you saying that Reagan was much like the Clinton that D. Ray complains about......he pushed things off onto the next administration?> For Reagan, that wasn't such a bad thing. He helped set the stage for the end of the Cold War and the tides of conservatism that washed over the public. Even Clinton was more of a centrist than a liberal in office, a true testament to the legacy that Reagan left behind.
