There will be no "slaughter" of innocent people in Iraq. Casualties are an inevitable consequence of war and the US will do all it can to minimize needless casualties even among enemy forces as witnessed in '91. If you actually were ever in the service, you'd understand and appreciate this fact. This coming war will not be about what the Iraqi people want, it is about maintaining US and global security.
