you're picking an arbitrary point to start from. instead of jan 14, try four trading weeks ago, jan 27. we're only down, what, 50 points from there?

yes, lol, that too is an arbitrary point. one difference is that virtually every point later than that supports my observation but does not support yours.

again, i don't have a crystal ball, i'm just saying that maybe the market has been screaming to us for a month already and i want to be open to that possibility.

it would also explain this seemingly endless supply of late-day jam jobs: positioning.
