You obviously don't understand how the system works.
First, we need a much deeper pocket than SI as a defendant. I'd suggest MSN.
Second, we aren't going after a "real" recovery. This is, after all, a class action. It's about recovery for the lawyers, not the class members. Something along the lines of a free coupon for all class members for whatever portion of their Windows Operating System is not covered in their next PC purchase, provided that purchase is within the next 2 months. In exchange, they give up all rights against MSN. And the lawyers, for getting potentially valuable recovery for millions of people, get, say $25 million.
Make that deal fly and I'll let you have 20 percent. |
