Too early is my ongoing problem (especially with options, where it really matters >>ignoring for the moment that other place where it really matters<g>).

Short of having a beautiful, tall, skimpily-clad red-head with a whip standing behind me when I trade, am not sure I can do much about it..

EDIT: maybe I need to try that..
